MODERN DOORS DESIGNED FOR DEMANDING USERS

FUNCTIONALITY AND SAFETY

1. Aluminium slides mounted inside the room along the side edges of the opening, fitted with brush seals and sliders.
2. Emergency gate opener in the event of a power failure, the door can be opened manually using a crank or emergency chain gear mounted on the operator.
3. Aretts provide distance between the profiles when the door curtain is rolled up, making the operation of the door quiet and extending the life of the panels considerably. The winding rings in the BR-100 roller shutter doors are fitted as standard with protective nylon covers to minimise scratches to the door curtain.

5. Profile AW 100 lightweight aluminium profile, filled with CFC-free polyurethane foam.
6. Safety edge strip fitted in the bottom seal, stops the door on contact with an obstacle and reverses it into the open position.
7. Movable shaft - as the curtain winds up, it changes its position in relation to the lintel wall, thus ensuring that the moving curtain remains in the axis of the guides.
8 The door curtain is fitted with aluminium, Reinforced lower profilewhich provides greater rigidity.

Outdoor installation in a box ^{(Fig.1, Fig.2)}

The external mounting option is used wherever the installation conditions do not allow for an indoor installation (e.g. in the case of insufficient headroom or lateral space). A prerequisite for external mounting of the operator is that the mechanism is protected from adverse weather conditions by a box.

The box covers the operator system. This solution allows the door to be safely mounted from the outside of the garage opening. The construction consists of an aluminium body enclosed by steel side covers mounted with steel brackets. The box is available in RAL 8019 or RAL 9010 and optionally can be painted in any RAL colour.

The box can also be used indoors if building conditions allow.

Attention!
With this type of installation, the concave side of the profile becomes the visual side, visible from the outside. Furthermore, in this situation, the power supply, control unit and spiral cable (safety edge strip), are mounted from the inside of the room. For actuators SI 17, SI 25, SI 40, emergency opening is only available with an emergency opening crank. For actuators SI 55, SI 75, emergency opening is available using a chain drive or emergency opening crank.

Internal shaft cover ^(Fig.3)

The partial roll cover is recommended for use when the operator is installed indoors and provides protection for the drive shaft. It is made of an aluminium top and bottom cover in RAL 8019 or RAL 9010. As an optional extra, the cover can be painted in the colour of the door curtain. The covers are mounted on galvanised steel brackets.
