2D lattice panels
MODERN AND ROBUST SITE SECURITY
VEGA 2D and VEGA 2D Super panels belong to the group of 2D panels (without embossing). A characteristic feature of this group of products is a double horizontal reinforcement made of wire with a larger diameter. This application gives the panels their rigidity.
PROVEN TECHNOLOGY
VEGA 2D and VEGA 2D Super panels are welded from raw wire, then hot-dip or electro-galvanised and powder coated. A panel manufactured using this technology means above all robust welds and elimination of potential corrosion foci.
CORROSION-RESISTANT
The lattice panels are subjected to rigorous testing in an in-house laboratory where the corrosion resistance of the product is checked. The result of our efforts is a product with high quality parameters.
UNIVERSAL ASSEMBLY
VEGA 2D and VEGA 2D Super panels can be mounted on 4 types of posts and with the use of 5 different mounting accessories available in the WIŚNIOWSKI offer.
SYSTEMISM
The VEGA 2D and VEGA 2D Super lattice panel is an integral part of the fence. It can be installed together with sliding gates PI 95, PI 130, PI 200, V-KING folding gate, double-leaf gate or wicket in BASTION or GARDIA system.
TECHNICAL DATA
Lattice panels VEGA 2D are spot-welded from steel bars with a horizontal (double) bar diameter of 6 [mm] and a vertical bar diameter of 5 [mm].
Lattice panels VEGA 2D Super are spot-welded from steel bars with a horizontal (double) bar diameter of 8 [mm] and a vertical bar diameter of 6 [mm].
The panels are terminated on one side with extended bars of 30 [mm] in length at the bottom or top of the fence.

COLOURS
Lattice panels are welded from raw wire. The production of the panels takes place in accordance with the PN-EN 10223-7:2013-05 standard. The lattice panel may be protected by hot-dip galvanisation (according to the EN ISO 1461:2000 standard) or electro-galvanisation (according to the PN EN ISO 2081:2011 standard) and polyester coating (according to the EN 10244-2:2010 standard). The combination of properties of zinc coating and polyester coating in the DUPLEX system significantly extends the lifespan of WIŚNIOWSKI fences.
The coated panels come with a 10-year anti-corrosion guarantee.
