Segments - characteristics:

• Segments of robust construction mounted to the column using mounting accessories
• segments, depending on the design, are filled with steel sections or rods

Columns - characteristics:

• columns made of steel sections
• the poles can be installed in a concrete foundation or on a footing anchored to a hardened base
• the depth of the foundation should be greater than the frost zone of the region

MultiBox - a pole unlike any other

WIŚNIOWSKI company specialists decided to change the perception of a traditional fence post, giving it an additional, new meaning. This is how Multi Box was created - the first functional fence post integrated with a post box, video intercom or code switch.
MultiBox conceals a robust construction that allows it to be used as a grab post for the gate and wicket, which creates visual harmony and coherence for the entire fence. Post design MultiBox has been thought out in such a way that it blends seamlessly with all models of gates and fences by WIŚNIOWSKI. It is also available in a full colour palette.

All elements are well protected against harsh weather conditions, so that we do not have to deal with maintenance. It is also possible to install several mailbox inlets, which is useful for multi-family housing or properties where access to several houses is provided by a single wicket.
Security is the basis guaranteed by all WIŚNIOWSKI fence posts, but only the MultiBox gives customers such a wide range of possibilities for arranging and retrofitting electronic functions, so useful in everyday use of a gate or wicket.

Performance options

MultiBox is available with 1, 2 or 3 letter drops - with independent access from the property side and LED illumination. In addition, a version with a secure mailbox slot integrated into the letter slot has been introduced.

CORROSION PROTECTION

DURABILITY FOR YEARS

All WIŚNIOWSKI fencing system elements undergo the best anticorrosive protection in the form of galvanising and powder painting. Zinc coating obtained by immersing a chemically cleaned construction in a bath of liquid zinc protects WIŚNIOWSKI fencing system elements against corrosion for decades.

EFFECTIVE PROTECTION

Galvanising is a cost-effective technique both at the manufacturing and operational stages. Galvanised property fences WIŚNIOWSKI do not require surface maintenance for many years. During their service life, there is no need to worry about protecting the elements with expensive agents required for traditional fencing. Galvanised steel is recyclable, does not litter the environment and is not a burden on it.

DUPLEX SYSTEM - DOUBLE PROTECTION

Combining the properties of zinc coating and lacquer coating in the DUPLEX system considerably extends the lifespan of WIŚNIOWSKI fences. Regardless of weather conditions, WIŚNIOWSKI fencing will look attractive all the time. Using the RAL colour palette allows to select a proper colour of polyester protective coating.

TESTED UNDER ALL CONDITIONS

The WIŚNIOWSKI galvanising process is compliant with the European standard PN-EN ISO 1461 which guarantees proper quality of galvanised products. Zinc coating is resistant to high and low temperatures and UV radiation, and owing to these properties provides optimal corrosion protection to steel surfaces.
