ALUMINIUM FIRE PROTECTION JOINERY

Fire-resistant aluminium joinery can be used in individual construction as well as in public buildings. Fire-resistant aluminium doors and walls are offered in fire resistance classes: EI 30 and EI 60, as well as with smoke tightness S_a i S₂₀₀. Aluminium fire protection joinery can be made as interior or exterior. It is also possible to make a fire facade.

MODULARITY

WIŚNIOWSKI brand fire doors, windows and walls can be installed individually or as a part of a wall in the same design. Large glazed surfaces provide many interior design possibilities while separating fire zones. These solutions are widely used in public facilities due to their high aesthetics and mechanical strength.

FIRE PROTECTION

WIŚNIOWSKI fire doors, windows and walls provide maximum safety and durability in extreme conditions. They can be made in fire resistance class: EI 30 and EI 60, fixed windows also EI120, while maintaining class S_a i S₂₀₀.

• fixed and technical, with fire resistance of EI30, EI60;
• frame and crosspieces made of three-chamber aluminium sections with a thermal break 78 [mm] deep for EI30 or EI60 windows;
• infill: glazed with fire-resistant single or insulating glass or panel;
• Powder-coated frame and panel;
• The infill is installed with gaskets and glazing beads;
• can also be assembled in assemblies to form firewalls.

• single or double leaf;
• with fire resistance of EI30 and EI60;
• smoke-proof version with a drop seal is possible in S classes_a or S₂₀₀;
• casement and frame frame made of three-chamber aluminium sections with a thermal break with a depth of 78 [mm];
• infill: single pane, fire glass or panel;
• sash and frame frame and panel powder-coated;
• rubber seal all round;
• right or left opening outwards or inwards;
• standard equipment: one deadbolt lock with three-key insert, stainless steel handle on a long-end bar, door closer and anti-theft bolts;
• Optional equipment: additional lock with insert and three keys, burglary resistant class C cylinders instead of standard cylinders, stainless steel handles on split shaft, anti-panic hardware,
• aversive or reversible electromagnetic coupling.

• casement and frame frame made of 60[mm] deep three-chamber aluminium sections with a thermal break;
• infill: single pane, fire glass or panel;
• sash and frame frame and panel powder-coated;
• rubber seal all round;
• right or left opening outwards or inwards;
• standard equipment: one bolt and escutcheon lock with three-key insert, stainless steel handle on a long-end bar, door closer;
• optional accessories: additional lock with insert and three keys, burglar-proof cylinders instead of standard cylinders, stainless steel handles on split shaft, anti-panic hardware,
• aversive or reversible electromagnetic coupling;
• doors equipped with EN-1125 fittings can be used on escape routes or equipped with EN 179 fittings can be used on emergency exits

ALUMINIUM FIRE PROTECTION FACADES

• post-and-beam facade;
• fixing of specially prepared glass with mechanical fasteners;
• the possibility of using different masking strips;
• Angled connections of up to ±7.5° per side and construction of facades deviating from the horizontal by ± 15° are possible;
• high level of thermal insulation;
• possibility to bend profiles and build curved structures.

ALUMINIUM FIREWALLS

• with thermal break;
• filling of the sash in the form of a single or insulating fire glass pane or a panel with the appropriate fire resistance class;
