STEEL FIRE PROTECTION JOINERY

Fire steel joinery works well in both public and individual construction. WIŚNIOWSKI fire doors and steel walls are made to individual order and can be adapted to various heights and widths in designs that meet technical approval. Fire doors and steel walls are offered in two fire resistance classes: EI 30 and EI 60, and with smoke tightness S_a i S₂₀₀.
Steel fire-fighting joinery is suitable for use both inside and outside buildings, to enclose rooms such as boiler rooms, back rooms, staircases which also serve as escape routes in factories, offices, schools, cinemas, hospitals and underground passageways such as car parks.

Trouble-free use and outstanding durability against damage to the door are ensured by the rigid steel construction and welded connections. This is particularly important for doors that are heavily used and installed in public buildings.

FIRE PROTECTION

WIŚNIOWSKI fire doors, windows and walls provide maximum safety and durability in extreme conditions. They can be made in fire resistance class: EI 30 and EI 60, fixed windows also EI120, and with smoke tightness S_a i S₂₀₀.

STEEL PROFILE FIRE WINDOWS
JANSEN JANISOL 2, JANSEN JANISOL 3

• fixed, in fire resistance classes EI30, EI60 and EI120;
• frame made of steel profiles with thermal break and insulation filling;
• welded profile connection, ground;
• infill: fire glass or panel;
• EPDM gasket around the perimeter of the frame;
• can also be assembled in assemblies to form firewalls.

STEEL PROFILE FIRE DOORS
JANSEN JANISOL 2(EI30), JANSEN JANISOL 3(EI60)

• in fire resistance class EI30 and EI60;
• single or double leaf;
• sash and frame made of steel profiles with thermal break and insulation filling;
• welded profile connection, ground;
• Steel hinges, bearing-mounted, height-adjustable welded to the structure;
• infill: fire glass or panel;
• EPDM modified gasket around the entire perimeter except for the threshold;
• smoke-proof version with a drop seal is possible in S classes₂₀₀ or S_a according to EN 13501-2+A1:2010.

STEEL JACKETED FIRE DOORS
EI30 i EI60

• in fire resistance class EI30 and EI60;
• single or double leaf;
• corner frame as standard, optional inner or encompassing frame;
• Frame made of profiled steel sections, powder-coated;
• sash filling - mineral wool;
• seals: modified EPDM rebate and intumescent;
• the sash is fitted with two hinges, one of which is self-closing;
• as standard, one mortise and bolt lock with three-key insert, two anti-theft pins and a polypropylene handle with steel core;
• Optional: Class C cylinders, additional lock, electromagnetic striker, door closer, glazing, panic bar, rebound bar, automatic drop rail, peephole, ventilation grille;
• Can be manufactured in burglary resistance class 2 or 3 in accordance with ENV 1627:2011;
• smoke-proof version with a drop seal is possible in S classes₂₀₀ or S_a according to EN 13501-2+A1:2010.

BURGLAR-PROOF, FIRE-RATED STEEL DOORS
MultiSecure EI30

• single-leaf doors;
• full or partially glazed sash;
• in an EI30 fire-resistant version or only EI30,
• doors available in burglary resistance class RC2 (doors opening inwards) and RC3 (doors opening outwards );
• thick rebate sash, total sash thickness 41 ± 1mm;
• sash made of galvanised steel sheet 0.5 ÷ 0.6 mm thick and polyester coated or in wood-like veneer;
• door frame made of steel sections, profiled from galvanised sheet 1.2 mm ÷ 1.5 mm thick and powder coated;
• the filling of the leaf is mineral wool;
• the doors are equipped as standard with: a three-point automatic lock, a class B cylinder with three keys, two 3D hinges with regulation in three planes, three anti-prize pins and a stainless steel handle and a rail door closer; EPDM rebate gaskets; additionally an intumescent gasket with a section of 2 x 20 [mm];
• Exterior door with automatic dropping slat and drip rail;
• smoke-proof option possible on internal and external doors, MultiSecure EI30 doors then meet the criteria defined in PN-EN 13501-2+A1:2010 for class S_a, S₂₀₀ smoke-proofing.

• The load capacity of the profiles is selected according to the project;
• welded profile joints;
• a double sealing system that forms a homogeneous envelope and allows ventilation of the system's internal spaces;
• Systematic condensate drainage and ventilation of glazing areas;
• no linear thermal bridges;
• external pressure profiles and stainless steel fasteners.

STEEL FIREWALLS

• with thermal break;
• filling of the sash in the form of a single or insulating fire glass pane or a panel with the appropriate fire resistance class;
• Frame and frame powder-coated;
• Fittings from reputable companies approved for use in fire doors.
