CORROSION PROTECTION

DURABILITY FOR YEARS

All WIŚNIOWSKI fencing system elements undergo the best anticorrosive protection in the form of galvanising and powder painting. Zinc coating obtained by immersing a chemically cleaned construction in a bath of liquid zinc protects WIŚNIOWSKI fencing system elements against corrosion for decades.

EFFECTIVE PROTECTION

Galvanising is a cost-effective technique both at the manufacturing and operational stages. Galvanised property fences WIŚNIOWSKI do not require surface maintenance for many years. During their service life, there is no need to worry about protecting the elements with expensive agents required for traditional fencing. Galvanised steel is recyclable, does not litter the environment and is not a burden on it.

DUPLEX SYSTEM - DOUBLE PROTECTION

Combining the properties of zinc coating and lacquer coating in the DUPLEX system considerably extends the lifespan of WIŚNIOWSKI fences. Regardless of weather conditions, WIŚNIOWSKI fencing will look attractive all the time. Using the RAL colour palette allows to select a proper colour of polyester protective coating.

TESTED UNDER ALL CONDITIONS

The WIŚNIOWSKI galvanising process is compliant with the European standard PN-EN ISO 1461 which guarantees proper quality of galvanised products. Zinc coating is resistant to high and low temperatures and UV radiation, and owing to these properties provides optimal corrosion protection to steel surfaces.

STANDARD EQUIPMENT

: A gripper to prevent accidental, self-closing of a swung manual door leaf, e.g. as a result of a strong gust of wind - installed behind the door, it holds the leaf in the open position.

: The deadbolt on the manual gate provides a secure locking mechanism for the leaf fixed to the foundation.

: Surface-mounted mortise lock - the traditional way of locking the wicket, mounted in the leaf frame.

: Adjustable hinge mounted directly in the gate post - ensures precise positioning of the wicket relative to the post.

: Doors up to 6 m clear opening width, 90° door movement

: Doors with a clear opening width of more than 6 metres, 90° door movement

EXTENSIVE ACCESSORIES

: The electromagnetic lock is a safety device used on gates where the leaf is wider than 3 metres. The purpose of the electrification is to secure and stabilise the door in the closed position.

: Photocells mounted on the door pillars - if an obstacle appears in the passage light, the infrared beam is interrupted, causing the leaf to stop and reverse.

: Sharp ends in the form of a steel comb, can be fitted to the top edge of the gate leaf.

: The manual gate lock is a secure and durable closure for a manually opened gate, housed in an aluminium housing.

: Surface lock - mechanism enclosed in an aluminium housing, with a patent insert, also in the version with an electric door strike.

: The lock with electric strike - an element of the access control system - is used to remotely unlock a closed wicket.

: A hinge on the mounting plate allows the wicket to be installed on existing steel or concrete posts.

: Hinge on channel section attached to the post - allows the wicket to be installed to a steel or concrete post.
