POMOSTS
The purpose of the platform is to bridge the difference in level between the unloading area and the loading bay of the delivery truck.
We offer two types of dock levellers:
- PowerRamp 232 NG - electro-hydraulic dock leveller with lip with drop down tongue
- PowerRamp 233 NG - electro-hydraulic dock leveller with forward (telescopic) telescopic lip
SEALING SLUICES
Seal locks offered by WIŚNIOWSKI are excellent solutions characterised by durability and good usability properties. They make it possible to reduce energy consumption and provide protection for reloaded goods, as well as increase working comfort for the staff.
Thanks to the use of robust materials, they are highly resistant to UV radiation as well as high and low temperatures. They permanently maintain an aesthetically pleasing appearance and the individual components do not deform.
We offer airlocks in a variety of designs to suit the type of vehicles, goods to be handled and storage methods.
SUPPLIERS
The safe and precise docking of the lorry at the loading bay is carried out using wheel guides.
The guides enable the vehicle to be parked precisely, without risking damage to either the loading bay and the building or the vehicle.
REFLECTORS
They provide additional protection against damage to the loading bay and the vehicle. Their function is to absorb the force and cushion the impact of the lorry docking at the loading bay.

Construction

Work
- platform and tongue (flap) hydraulically driven
- the centrally positioned actuator allows the ramp to adapt to the tilting of the vehicle up to a platform width of 10%
Service
- The 232 NG dock leveller is operated with just one button. Pressing the button raises the platform from its initial position and extends the tongue when the highest level is reached. Releasing the button automatically lowers the platform and rests the lip on the vehicle bed.
Security
- a fully hydraulic 'safety stop' formed by a valve built into the actuator to block the lines in the event of rupture,
- emergency stop with switch-on lock,
- side plates of the platform to protect the feet,
- supporting the tongue on the front bar at rest (for protection during lateral movement),
- black and yellow warning signs,

Design:

Cushions:
